Dance Teams

 Dance Teams are for dancers who are seeking more performing opportunities and experiences outside of our two annual shows.  They get to learn choreography, rehearse, and prepare for dance competitions and conventions.  

Company dancers will also be performing as guests in the Las Cruces Chamber Ballet's annual production of "The Nutcracker."  We are excited to be bringing two communities together through this beautiful traditional Christmas story.  The Las Cruces Chamber Ballet has the longest running full length Nutcracker production in all of New Mexico and includes a live orchestra on the NMSU campus.

Our focus remains on performance, artistry, and personal growth through dance, but adding more opportunities opens other venues for growth for our dancers.

We highly encourage dedicated and passionate dancers that want to pursue dance further to join! 

Auditions are held at the end of each season to form the following season's teams.

Dancers must have taken level B, C, or D Ballet and Jazz (or equivalent levels) in order to audition.
